I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

Elijah and Joseph and two of the car dealers I had worked with. Overall I got to work with a lot more people as everyone is helpful and gives you information and suggestions. Highly recommend dealing with Elijah and Joseph when buying at Greenway Kia. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel pressured to buy the step up model. Very knowledgeable and gave great insight on the vehicles I was looking at buying. Joseph was great with welcoming and proving information. He was super chill and let me do my thing while I was on site. I visited the dealership 3-5 times before buying and each time they were there for support not to push me to buy. My deal was fantastic and they are whining to work with you on your purchase.

I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

Was shopping for a 2024 Ford Ranger and hitting up pretty much all dealers in Los Angeles County. Autonation Ford Valencia had the model I wanted so I reached out to them and got a reply from Justin. Working with Justin and his manager we were able to work up a great deal via text. I'm about 70 miles away so drove out the next day with the offer in hand for a test drive. Loved the truck, pulled the trigger and had a great experience with Jay and Frankie for the whole buying process. I don't deal with dealerships often at all and they made it a great experience.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

Everything was completed same day AND had it washed AND they partnered with a finance company so I can actually drive my beautiful SUV to the beach this weekend and not be completely broke!!

Welcome from friendly service advisor was great. In his office, he told me that I should get the cooling fan serviced since it?s a hybrid engine which I declined. He changed his attitude and was not as friendly after I declined. He said it will cost $389 but can get it done for me for $349 and last offer was $299. It?s fine with me but simple service stuff, I can do myself and probably will cost less than $50. I took this vehicle last year, June 2024 for 15k service and was told the vehicle needed wheel alignment which I approved. This time, after 13 months and almost 5k miles later, the service technician suggested I get another wheel alignment. Is this a scam or do I really need wheel alignment every 5k miles? I declined that as well because if my alignment is bad after a year, I should take it to a wheel alignment expert who can align the wheels correctly and should be good to last 2-3 year and 10k miles. I still like the dealership because of proximity from my house and the lounge is nice and relaxing. They are also very efficient as it took less than an hour for oil service and check tires/liquid levels.
