I've dealt with a Steeler before and just recently purchased another new car and can absolutely recommend them.

As usual, my latest experience at Orange Buick GMC in getting my vehicle serviced, was great. Working with the Service Consultant, Robert Cicero, for the first time, was quite pleasant, which is consistent with how my service experiences have been when working with Glynn Doughty in the past. Great customer service has been a common thread that I've come accustomed to when visiting Orange Buick GMC for my servicing needs, and I believe in the near future, it will be the same when purchasing a new vehicle with them.

Excellent sales rep! I was assisted by Cesar D'Andrea who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, did a thorough walk around and provided advise on the car's features. I recommend Audi South Orlando and Cesar!

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Found the vehicle made contact and appointment, test drove the vehicle and made the deal all in less than 2 hours. Didn?t have to spend a whole day like in the past with other car purchases. I couldn?t be happier!

I've been a customer since 2020. The service department is exceptional. I've never had any complaints. I get the same service rep Eugene everytime. He is always pleasant and helpful. March 2025 I leased a new vehicle. I knew which model I wanted and they told me was what available and I made my choice. All the details were taken care of rather quickly. My compliments to Janelly, Eduardo and Robert Coleman. All of them are 5stars. The chef in the cafe too. I'm from NY where I received great service. However, MB of So Orlando is exceptional.

Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

I ordered my Mercedes GLC 350e in mid-December from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. I was told the anticipated manufacturer build date in Germany would be on or around February 11, 2025. A few weeks later I was notified by my dealership that the salesman I purchased the vehicle from was no longer there and I was assigned to a new salesman, Gabriel. He phoned to introduce himself and to let me know he would keep me updated along the way. He even sent me an online link that showed me when the vehicle left the port in Germany and every port stop along the way so I could anticipate when it would reach the US port in South Carolina. Gabriel was very professional, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He made my buying process seamless, addressed all my questions and provided me with updated delivery information as he received it. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Gabriel sent me the financial documents to review ahead of time to help expediate and streamline the pickup process. My vehicle arrived in transit with a cracked windshield and Gabriel had already ordered a new one prior to me taking procession of it. He arranged for the service department to call me with an appointment and loaner vehicle for the following week to take care of the issue. Gabriel went out of his way to accommodate me throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him and knowing he is available to help me or answer questions going forward. Mercedes is fortunate to have an employee that understands true customer service.

My car had to go in for service at Mercedes Millenia Mall. My service advisor was Amir. He was extremely professional and efficient. Recommending items for my vehicle and explained why it needed certain items. this is my second experience with Amir and I would highly recommend him. Lovely person.

Parker was an excellent sales person. Very helpful, very efficient, and friendly! Also a comfortable showroom and service area. Liz in legal documents area was also very competent.

Service appointments are never fun, but Audi North makes it a pleasant experience. Professional and kind staff (thanks Dave), very nice coffee and breakfast selection, comfortable wait area, and proficient service tech who send videos of their inspection findings and recommendations ?
