Austin Keener was in touch with me and help me with the info was able to do a site, unseen appraisal of my car! We drove down and checked it out Friday evening and fell in love with it! Financing did a wonderful job helping us getting it done and even better deal than expected! Thank you for all your help. I now have room to run my grandkids around in and not feel cramped.

Had some issues from other local dealership with honest and quality service for my sons car. Spoke to the service department at Tulsa Hyundai where I have always had my car serviced. Scott went above and beyond to get issue covered under an extended warranty that Hyundai had issued for this problem, even though mileage was over limit. Scott is always friendly and professional. Great service.

They were great just decided to do some thing else. I am taking my GMC in for service this week.

I visited this dealer to check out a car I saw on their website , although I didn't get the car cause it didn't pass their safety test so they couldn't sell it, but the customer service was awesome and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Needed brake pads checked. Appt made 1 day in advance due to need. After their staff drove and inspected my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland it was determined new brake pads and rotors were needed. Job was completed the same day and in a professional manner. Gave a 3 for customer service only because I was texted a number that I was supposed to be able to reach out to while I waited but when I did to get a status update I never received a response. Just notified when my car was ready. Waiting area was clean and roomy, restrooms were clean as well. There is a charging station available but you?ll need to bring your own cord. Fresh donuts and coffee were available in addition to a vending machine. Overall a solid 4!

The staff at Kia was kind and professional and contacted me immediately when it was determined to take a little longer than expected. They kept me informed and were prompt in picking me up form where they transported me when the job was completed. The car was spotless when I arrived. I appreciate the great service!

My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.
