This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

John M. Nashmy and Colin Kim were very helpful in our decision making to purchase the 2021 Palisades. They both were very patient with us in explaining the many functions with all the bells, whistles and doodads. It made our decision making a whole lot easier then we had anticipated. Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

My wife and I bought a new 2024 Hyundai Elantra Tuesday of last week. The salesman Michael Smyers in the sales manager Adam McRae we're both courteous professional and very helpful. I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

Laurence is a great salesman, he was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and respectful. Albert was the sales manager and he is top notch. Finance manager was friendly and fast. The dealership was nice, clean and had good vibes. I am extremely satisfied woth my purchase. Thank you.

All the service staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I was given an approximate time of completion of the work and my Kia was finished being serviced accordingly. The service was all on point. Our mechanic Cassandra took great care of the brake flush, oil change and front seatbelts recall brought by Jerey. All were done the same day and took not much long the wait at the dealer. The welcoming by Danny and the cashier's lady customer service were very good.

The hood which had been damaged apparently by a car wash was repaired perfectly and looks brand new.. They did a great job and provided a loaner.
