I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. I had the best experience when I went to Wallace VW to trade in my Jetta for a Taos over the Memorial Day weekend! The consultant who provided me service was Mitch Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions with pertinent information so that when I drove off the lot, I was very comfortable with my purchase. In addition, I got a great deal with zero percent financing for 60 mos offered by VW on the Taos during the month of May ‘24. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. Mitchel did a great job of making my lease purchase of a 2025 Jetta painless and fairly fast. I consider 2 hours pretty good for buying a car. I’ve had experiences at dealerships that were absolutely painful 6 hour ordeals. I’m happy that this was NOT one of those experiences. It was easy and I am pleased w the vehicle and the service. It’s my first VW and I’m very impressed so far.

I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very easy to work with. Marshall my old service manager and now Casey my new service manager are both awesome! When it comes time to update my vehicle it will for sure be purchased here!
