Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document. My perfectly sparkling and clean car was handed to me after the Wallace service personnel prepared it for delivery. Kudos to Josh, Ted and Wallace Cadillac. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. I had the best experience when I went to Wallace VW to trade in my Jetta for a Taos over the Memorial Day weekend! The consultant who provided me service was Mitch Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions with pertinent information so that when I drove off the lot, I was very comfortable with my purchase. In addition, I got a great deal with zero percent financing for 60 mos offered by VW on the Taos during the month of May ‘24. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I went to Wallace for my oil change and found that I was behind in some of the services. Collin who is my service writer advised me of the thing I needed to bring me up to date. he was able to arrange to do the extra work that day which worked out perfect for me. I have always taken my SRX to Wallace since we moved here 4 years ago and I am very satisfied getting appointment and the work that is performed.
