This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I highly recommend this dealership. I found a used car here I was interested in but it had been sold before I could get there. I dealt with Brad who went above and beyond to find a car that fit my needs at one of their other dealers. We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

Everyone here at Jenkins Volvo was great starting off with a simple call from Segourney about a 23 Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition that catch my eye while browsing local dealerships. She was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. I was in a decision mode on which vehicle I wanted since I ordered a Tesla but wanted to search other options cause I didn’t get a good time frame on when I would get my car. So I decided to go there to check it out which I was greeted by her and Mr Jeavaun. Jeavaun was also very knowledgeable about the Volvos which was very impressing since he just started there. He walked me through everything on what this car had to offer. Even when we went on a test drive he continued to educate me on the car which once again express me. So once we got back from the test drive we discuss my trade valve which yes I could of sold it outright but people don’t realize your saving on sales tax if you trade your vehicle in so in my opinion they were fair on my trade. The sales Manager Wayne with the cute hat approached us which and we both agreed on the final numbers. So now it’s time to speak to the finance manager Shevon which me being in the auto business for over 20yrs Iam like oh this should be interesting. Well he also was great to deal with and made us laugh. I don’t want to forget to mention Ron Neal in sales cause he also help in the purchase and made it a great buying experience. We bought our new Santa Fe from AutoMax in Ocala. TJ was our salesperson. He got us the price that we wanted to pay. 22k miles in. Love this car. Electric. Check Comfortable. Check. Reliable. Check. Zippy, fast acceleration. Check. Best car I ever owned, and once you go electric, you don't look back. One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

Had a problem with a key fob a locksmith tried to program and everything on the car stopped. Went right to Buick and talked to Noah in parts he knew just what to do and they took care of the problem right then and there Noah is a fantastic listener to the problem highly recommend them ask for Noah
