What a journey it has been trying to buy my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. From beginning to end, I can honestly say that it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the incredible team at Towne Ford of Redwood City. From the day I reserved the Bronco (July 2020), to when I finally was able to purchase it, he has been supportive every step of the way. There are nearly 40 email exchanges between us, and every time, he was attentive, even when he was on vacation. I have never had a dealership provide that level of support, huge thank you to you, Kevin! I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos and Manny on the day I purchased my Bronco. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was Carlos with the keys. Carlos was nothing but friendly, informative, and supportive as well. This was the first time I had spoken with Carlos, and he made me feel as if we have been friends for a while; that’s the type of experience everyone should have when visiting a dealership. Once we started the finance conversations, Manny was very helpful in every capacity. There were a few areas we had questions on, and he was quick to guide us through the entire process. Similar to everyone I had spoken to thus far, he was friendly and made sure we felt confident with our purchase. Carlos and Manny, a big thank you to you as well! This is my first car. I adore it. I get loads of compliments—it’s super attractive and sporty with the convertible roof and the sleek two door design. Fiat really capitalizes on the small interior of the 500C with smart design. There’s no center console but there are still 4 cups holders, large (spanning the whole length of the doors) compartments in each door, a compartment between the front seats, a net pocket by the passenger side under the glove box, and a large pocket on the back of the passenger seat. What I’m saying is this: don’t be fooled by the size. There is ample room inside for what I need to carry with me, in fact, more space than I need. I usually drive alone or with a passenger and I have no kids, so I never feel cramped. I was able to fit $500 of groceries between the passenger seat and floor, backseat and floor, and the trunk. I’ve gone on numerous 2hr drives with a passenger with zero complaints of feeling cramped or claustrophobic. The inside is comparable to the feel of a standard sedan. A little smaller since the car is narrow, but comfortable. It also has a luxury feel to me. The dash is retro and adorable with knobs and the exterior color. The stereo is great and has a touch screen and GPS. The speakers’ bass is surprisingly heavy. I love the digital dash—odometer, speedometer, gas gauge, rpm, gas economy, engine and outside temp, tire pressure, date, time, miles left in your tank, how many miles your trip has been, etc. It has two different options for a little image of a Fiat which I love. It tells you which door is open if one is which is convenient. Everything on the dash is circular and centralized. There are so many small details that I love about this car—the houndstooth print seats, the leather steering wheel, backup sensors, steering wheel radio controls, window controls by the shifter, lights on the side of the car that blink with your directionals, the fact that if you open the trunk with the top down, the top automatically goes up one notch and the trunk opens saving you from having to enter the car and put the top up, little “Fiat” inscriptions in the headlights, and many other things. It rides great—very smooth for a compact car. Maneuverable, good tension on the wheel and pedals. The AC and heat cool and warm the car fast. The doors are large and heavy. The media, dash, and wheel controls are user-friendly. The car feels very sturdy and safe, but also cozy. Excellent gas mileage. You do have to use 91 or 93 octane gas but the tank is only 10 gallons and you’ll only find yourself filling it every few weeks if you drive a normal amount (to and from work, the store, etc). It’s a very responsive car—it does exactly what you want it to do. The only test is the winter. It is not AWD, so I will be getting snow tires and driving carefully. I feel confident about it. The car isn’t really lower than an average sedan but watch out for bottoming out. I don’t know anything about engines, but under the hood was extremely clean when I got it, whatever that means. There are two USB ports, a lighter port, and an AUX port. Middle E-brake which I prefer and a steering column in the middle, not on the steering wheel. Mine is automatic but driving this car stick would be a blast. Overall, an amazing car and I know it will be reliable and exactly what I need until the time comes for another car. I bought it with very low mileage so I’m not worried about repairs which I understand can be expensive since the car is Italian and parts can be tricky to find. I needed a reliable car to put a lot of miles on for a while and this is it!

With 97,000 + miles i think my 2013 500c has proven to be a good and fun car. This car has required no major repairs only regular maintenance. (I do use synthetic oil). I have driven from northwest Georgia to Texas several times also to St Louis and a couple of runs skipping around Florida. It does just fine on a road trip and is easy on gas. I love this little car.

Super stylish, especially the cabrio. Unbelievably fun, powerful, and corners super well. Italian design throughout, thoughtful and attention to detail. Gas mileage was surprisingly high, especially for a turbo engine with Sport mode. Would highly recommend as second car, city driver, or anyone with style.

To all readers - While we are attempting to have my wife's review removed I want to fill you in on what happened. We did buy a vehicle from Bexley Motorcar Co. of Columbus but they nor we realized it had a bad engine until later. The extended warranty company rep. was very hard to deal with and Bexley went way out of their way to make this right. Highly recommend Heidi, Natalie and their team. Dr. Glenn Casteel

I currently own a new Jaguar, a new vw GOT and a new Fiat 500 Abarth. Of the many cars I have owned the t00 Abarth is a not to drive! Simple, quick, economical and surprisingly quick - a fun little car.

Love this cute little car. Sure is easy to get in small spaces. You get super gas mileage, don't have to fill up as much.

The car meets all of my daughters needs. Good on gas. She cant wait to use the convertible top. She loves the yellow color and the black interior.

I'm not a person that takes time to make a review on anything. But the experience I had at Epic Automotive was so great I had to stop and take a minute to say Thank You to Nad! He was so patience and caring about my needs. I was needing to get a car for my son that just turn sixteen and I had a budget in mind. Nad was so helpful in staying in my price range and never tried to over sell me anything. He is a very honest man and I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in needing a used car.

I've had my 2013 Fiat 500C (cabrio/convertible) for about three years. If you love small, nimble, quick European cars and you love convertibles, this car is fantastic. So much fun to drive. The only real criticism I have is that the driving position is not ideal, but I got used to it (I'm 6'3"). Four adults can squeeze into this car, which is amazing (which is the legacy of the Fiat 500 - a tiny, fun, sporty family car). Finding parking in the city is easy with this car - it's about a foot shorter than a Mini Cooper. I've put only 30K miles on mine but so far the car has had no problems. The beauty of the convertible top in the 500 is that you can open and close it while you are driving (up to about 50 mph). Can you do that with a Porsche Targa?! The cars.com reviewer, although a Fiat lover, did not understand the virtues of this car. Alex on Autos, on YouTube, does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClZTM75qWjY If you love driving a clutch, this car is amazing -- the clutch, engine and transmission are all a dream. The car has no torque under 2500 RPM but does fine at 3000 RPM and over. I put sport wheels and tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 3 A/S) on my car and it handles like a dream. If you are comfortable driving at high revs and downshifting to accelerate, love convertibles, and appreciate the usable back seat and outstanding urban parkability, this car can't be beat, especially at this price.

He is very knowledgeable and detailed. And for complimentary shuttle driver John is very prompt and friendly. Great team!

I've owned this car for 9 years. It has 108k miles, it has never needed a repair, just basic maintenance. I live in the mtns of AZ & drive up & down mountains all the time (I travel for work). It is surprisingly roomy for cargo (2 golf bags & suitcases, 48" TV in a box!) and with front-wheel drive manages the snow very well. I love this car!

This was a Limited Production in 2014. I purchased it new at Fiat in Orange Park. Has full warranty and I love the convertible top. Nothing to say except GREAT things about this car!

This is my 3rd Fiat that I have owned but my first Abarth. It is by far nicer than any of the previous 500 models I have had. The seats are comfortable enough for long drives yet firm enough for sport driving as well. The turbo performs decently but has a little lag in it however when you press the sport button the car comes alive with quick sprints and some awesome feedback in the exhaust when slowing down. The exterior is very nicely styled and turns heads where ever I drive it, especially when the top is down. Over MPG should be better but I am getting around 30 mpg, that is about 9 mpg less than my non-turbo I traded in for this one.

This car is much roomier on the inside than you would ever guess from looking at the outside and is extremely reliable and fun to drive. The cornering ability of the car is amazing.
