I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

A good team, having service with Sam then ordering accessories from Mike in parts introduced me to this dealership. Having used a Larry Miller dealership in the past, I was familiar with their quality of service. Tim contacted me after I expressed interest in upgrading to a 2022 outback xt. He was on top of everything in the ordering and follow through process, I couldn't have been happier. I live 130 miles away from this dealer, but this is where I take my business.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

When your GMC/Chevrolet/Buick vehicle needs to be serviced, then my wife and I recommend heading to Steve's Hometown Dealership and talk with Jeff Muraira, Assistant Service Manager. You can be sure this dealership will be busy, but you can also be assured you will find they will provide first-rate professional service second to none. We were a first-time customer because our GMC suddenly lost power in transit on the road. When we checked in, we enjoyed the attention of someone that had been coming to them for decades. Today this attention and quality service that is hard to find in the post-pandemic era as every service sector face staff shortage. I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

The staff was waiting outside in the rain with umbrellas for customers. I was helped immediately. I didn't feel pressured at all and ended up buying what I was looking for. The deal was done in a timely manner and I felt informed during the whole process. Best car buying experience I have had. I genuinely felt that they wanted the best deal for both parties.
