We went on a test drive and he gave me a thorough walk-through of the vehicle. Finally, Jordan Lee, the finance manager, made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. Overall, my experience at Akins Ford was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They have a vast array of vehicles, a friendly staff, and a beautiful showroom.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

This is the fifth vehicle that I have purchased from Greene Ford over the last 15 yrs. It's always a good experience. Everyone - sales persons (shout out to Jason Viera, my sales guy on this purchase), business staff and the service department, is always friendly, courteous, helpful and takes the time needed to understand the vehicle and the deal. We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership.

I wrote an honest review on February 4, 2023, about my experience with John Megel Ford of Cleveland, GA after I purchased a 2020 Expedition on January 28, 2023. I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager. Based on how he handled my concerns, I would recommend John Megel Ford if anyone were to ask me about their integrity and diligence to make things right.

Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. I can’t say enough about the dealership and DW…the absolute best experience buying a vehicle!

Paula Sosebee sold me a 2001 Miata a year ago. She was great to work with, kind and professional. Aaron Hughes handled my paperwork and introduced me to the service department; Aaron was great, too. When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.
