I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! The kindness and knowledge and down right common decency and a acknowledgment for my time was mind blowing! I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else but Leif Johnson Ford In Austin!! There are lots of people working at Maxwell Ford. I never met Nyle Maxwell or any of the mechanics or any of the other Service personnel. I only know Jackie Wiora and I always deal with her. Jackie's communication is great and she is the reason I'm at the Maxwell Service Dept.

I purchased a certified vehicle from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, TX as an out of state buyer. During my interactions with the Mac Haik Ford staff, they were very responsive to my questions and provide more than enough information that I felt confident in the used vehicle that I was considering. Besided the frequent communications with my Sales Rep, Geraldo Holguin, the General Manager followed up to ensure my inquiries were being addressed. When I made the commitment to purchase, I coordinated a same day round trip flight to Texas to see the vehicle in person and complete the transaction. Because I did not want to drive the vehicle for 13 hrs, Geraldo put me in touch with Montway AutoTransport to arrange delivery. Overall, I purchased a certified vehicle on Friday, Montway picked up the vehicle in Texas on Monday, and the vehicle was in my driveway in Georgia on Wednesday.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! The 12 volt battery in my 2023 Ford Mach-e needed replacing. They sent a technician to our house and he replaced the battery. Their service was excellent!

Although we had a slightly higher offer on our trade in from a national online dealership, we felt shopping local was a better option. The local companies like Covert employ many people in the area and its important to keep our local economy vibrant. The Covert price point on our King Ranch Truck was unmatched. We are thrilled to have gotten such a great deal! Covert Ford-Hutto has definitely earned our business from now on. Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Parts were at another location. Took two days to get them and was repaired on the 3rd day

I normally don’t write reviews but my family had such a great experience here that I feel I needed to tell everyone about it. We were shopping for a new Maverick truck in San Antonio (Northside Ford) area, they were advertising it as 36,000 but of course as we sat down somehow the price was hike up to 48,000 with taxes and etc….. and we went ahead and walk away discouraged. A friend suggested we give Leif a call because of a previous great experience he had, and sure enough after traveling over a 100 miles to get to Austin we bought the exact same truck $10,000 less! In my opinion well worth the extra drive, and not once did I feel we were getting ripped off!

Raphael was the one who helped me , as soon as I got to the dealer he saw me and started helping me right away I told him what I was looking for(2025 mustang) and showed me the good options I choose one and got to the paperwork right away , great guy super helpful and nice best customer service 100% recommend this dealership and salesman to another person.
