The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. It’s not to often that someone opens their heart, a business, and works so hard to make dreams happen. Today Veterans Ford made this little, 6’7” tall 🤣, veterans dream come true. I can not thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. They worked so HARD and made it happen and I’m forever grateful. The three hour drive was COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Process was very smooth! Art in sales did a great job of walking us through the process from start to finish.

Made an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday, they completed the service in about 90 minutes (I waited for my vehicle). Waiting area was nice.

Great support fast and far negotiation. That makes me drive from Orlando to St. Pet better price than other ford dealers. Made all the negociarmos by phone and msg and I got a good deal.

Alexis was the most easiest sales person I?ve ever had to work with. She knew her inventory, information about the truck, and how her dealership worked. She didn?t try to sale us on any other vehicles. She knew we were there for one thing and that was to purchase an F-150. This dealership gives you bonus. They added letter detailing, window tint and sprayed on bed liner to their trucks. And you were lucky if other dealerships had the bed liner and nothing else. Alexis stayed way over her time to get off that night just to make sure we were all set with the new truck. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Alexis and this dealership. I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today. And even when I let him know that I wasn’t buying a vehicle with them, he still very curteously replied wishing me the best of luck. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
