Salesman Bob Nichols was top notch in his integrity and professionalism as he helped us purchase a used 2024 RAV4 hybrid. He was accommodating every step of the way from allowing us to put a deposit down and take almost a week to return to purchase and pickup the vehicle, to answering every question we had with patience and kindness!
