I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. We ran into many others in the dealership that day and everyone was very friendly. I can't recommend this place and Jim Rich enough!!!! Thank you very much Five Star Ford of NRH!!!!!!!!!!!!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Great experience from start to finish, came in was greeted quickly by my sales rep. He answered all my questions. Was very kind and explained everything well to my daughter who we were buying the car for (her first car). Got us the deal we wanted and finance was a breeze.

I have been a customer or AutoNation Ford Frisco for 25 years. I purchased two Mustangs, 2000 and 2024, returning to purchase the 2024 based on the service department customer service. I have always been taken care of with great service representatives who are friendly and knowledgeable. The service department has never recommended a service that was not needed and, as a female, I appreciated this.

Oil change and rotation done on Ford F150. Completed the work in a short time frame.all work was done satisfactory . All fluids checked and battery.

I waited while my car had oil changed, tires rotated, fluids added, and general inspection. Only a 2 hr wait! Nice waiting room with coffee or tea, TV, comfy upholstered chairs.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!

My wife and I traveled 2 1/2hrs to the dealership in Frisco, TX. We were treated extremely well from start to finish by our salesman, Jerome Collins. He worked with us on an acceptable trade-in deal and saw us through on a successful purchase. Very nice dealership with an exceptional free coffee bar, vending area, and showroom. Much better overall in-store experience than most other dealerships we've been to. Sales area did not have that claustrophobic feel. Would recommend to anyone.
