He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add. Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?
