Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I visited Klein to test drive a new Ford Ranger. I worked with Stefani and she was awesome. Great customer service and she was able to answer all my questions. I ended up buying the truck and Stefani made that an easy process too.

We drove over an hour to view the car we saw on line to see in person. We felt very welcomed and was given information without pressure to purchase. All questions were answered and if Jake did not have the answer he immediately found someone who had the information.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Klein Ford! As with any vehicle new or used (but especially used) purchasing a warranty is a must for my family and I...it would appear that all negative reviews I've read have to do not with the dealership, but with the lack of extended warranty coverage - unfortunate that customers choose to associate this lapse in their judgement with the integrity of the dealership. Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup.
