The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. It’s not to often that someone opens their heart, a business, and works so hard to make dreams happen. Today Veterans Ford made this little, 6’7” tall 🤣, veterans dream come true. The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. Found a vehicle through online research at Walker Ford. I reached out to them and was immediately contacted by Keith. Keith knows the vehicles very well and was able to walk me through everything. Since this is a long distance transaction, Keith took narrated videos of the vehicle And sent to me for review. Keith is very responsive in his communications as is the rest of his team. So far so good, I should take delivery of the vehicle in the next couple of days after I complete paperwork and send them the money :)

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I own a LINCOLN MKZ and in past owned numerous Ford vehicles. I have been using this dealership since Jimmy was in diapers. Best there is. Great facility, the very best people. Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today.
