With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

About everything that I experienced at this dealership was outstanding, my service advisor Patrick was on point he was very kind and courteous and had no issue speaking to me multiple times 2 weeks prior to me coming in for my appointment. I got to speak with both the service manager and service director while I was there and they were both too amazing individuals. I brought my 2014 Taurus SHO performance package in to get a PTU flush and a brake fluid exchange and I was only there for maybe 4 hours. As a fellow service advisor that works for a different dealership I can say that my expectations were met and I was provided the same customer service that I strive to give my own customers. I was a technician for 13 years prior to becoming advisor so I am capable of doing my own work however it's establishments like this that make me not feel so bad about paying someone else to repair my vehicle ?. Hats off to the dealership, I would highly recommend using them for your next service. I did speak to the sales department briefly and they were pretty awesome too they were not super pushy when I told them I was only looking and I was not necessarily in the market and they still took me on test drives and answered all the questions I had.

Took vehicle in for an oil change. After I picked the car up, I noticed that they didn't fill the windshield washer reservoir up.

Even though I was a few minutes late to my appointment they took my Ford Bronco Sport in right away to have its first service.

My service advisor Brandon took care of me immediately upon arrival. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and everything that was being done to it. He got me in and out of there in no time. Great customer service as always.

Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. I can’t say enough about the dealership and DW…the absolute best experience buying a vehicle!
