Very good experience with Grapevine Ford/Lincoln service dept on 3/22/25. Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after. Will definitely use them for any future service needs.

I took my vehicle in for a recall and routine maintenance. They were performed. The service department could not have done any better.

Professional service and good communication all around on a recall appointment, plus performed a checkup.

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. Like most dealerships these days, the service managers at Autonation Ford Frisco don’t always get everything right every time. Purchased a used F150, Everything was pretty good except for Vehicle detailing. It looked as if it was done in a hurry. Especially the interior. Tires should have been replaced before selling as they were very worn.

Service rep Chandler was super - professional, personal, conscientious. Was advised of svc status via texts and Chandler fielded a few questions. Needed part arrived next day and repairs completed by mid morning. Used their shuttle service as I always do -- vehicle was newish and clean. Driver was courteous and drove safely.

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19.
