The vehicle that we were interested in, in the color we wanted, was in stock. Rick did a great job of getting us all of the discounts that were a bit available and we secured, a favorable price. The service level that will be provided going forward is excellent. Westfield Ford has a mobile service man that can come to our house to perform some maintenance activities. They also will pick up at the vehicle and return it to us from the dealership after servicing for more extensive repairs. Overall, we were very happy with Rick’s professional assistance, and the process and highly recommend Westfield Ford.

I stopped in for a test drive the other day and was truly pleased with my experience. It was very easy to find and get to, Sharon was extremely nice and helpful, the showroom was beautiful, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle but it had nothing to do with the dealership.

It all started with Jessica answering the phone. She was awesome, answered all questions that I asked and was able to get me numbers from the sales manager. I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.
