Our experience with Mullinax Ford of Central Florida was exceptional. I had picked out a car online and then went in for a test drive. We met our online rep Julio Acevedo who took us on a test drive,showed us other cars at our request and then helped us get through the purchase process. He was great to work with. I first bought a 2019 F150 but as I stood outside the vehicle we could hear a knock. Adrian took it to service and they found a cracked head. I bought the truck first week of June needing it for a trip at the end of June. They did not have it fixed so Ford rented me a truck for the trip. When I got back truck was still not fixed. Jeff the service manager said that even tech support was stumped. Adrian had already started looking for a suitable replacement and showed me 3 other trucks. I picked the 2018 and it is great. I think better than I was getting. Ford rewrote the deal, this truck had the same warranty for being under 100000 miles so everything is great. I have had the truck for a week now and I really like it.

My friend took me there after telling me that he recommended to me to conduct my business there, and specifically with his sales rep, Daniel Moritz. It's difficult to express how right he was, and how excellent Daniel was, telling me honestly about his car experience, the options available, the search he conducted, the pricing possibilities, and a myriad of details we covered in two days of direct talks, which concluded with them making trades just so I could have my wishes fulfilled. My new Maverick was preceded by two weeks of constant checkups and options that each got closer and closer to the perfect find, and it was THE perfect find. It seems like I will be dealing with Autonation and Daniel for the long term, and enjoying it too.

Randean was my salesman and he was more than helpful and understanding of where i needed to be in order to make the purchase. He was very professional but also very authentic and personable. In my opinion that made the car buying process less grueling. They didn't try to upsell me on un needed services or warranties and Randean was able to get the cost of the vehicle and my payments within a few dollars of where i need to be and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I give them an A+++

I went to Prestige on a whim, not sure if I would find a truck I wanted. They ended up having the PERFECT truck in stock! The entire sales team, including my main sales guys, Mike, were awesome. Despite me knowing what I was buying, Mike still took the time to explain all of the features in the truck and was with me through the entire process. The finance office had everything together and the process was smooth. I will definitely be back in the future!
