From the moment I walked in the door on Thursday and and left on Saturday afternoon with a new Ford 150 my experience nothing short of remarkable. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, personable, easy to talk to. I felt like they listened to what I had to say. I never once felt pressured or being led into a purchase. I would recommend Mark Ficken Ford to any of my friends or family who are in the market for a Ford. I would definitely purchase from them again.
