I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. After a full week of exhausting dealership visits, numerous phone calls, and overall disappointing service, we were feeling frustrated. When we arrived, Iliana was ready, warm, and welcoming, a complete breath of fresh air after the stressful week we’d had. She had the vehicle prepped and waiting, and even planned a freeway test drive to address our concerns about cabin noise. Her thoughtfulness, product knowledge, and patience were unmatched.
