New and used 2025 Ford Bronco for sale near Brook Park, OH

was disappointed Ford no longer making Echo Sport, Escape, Edge, Focus, Fusion. Purchased a Bronco Sport. so far satisfied with the 2024. Disappointed the Liberty Ford at Middleburg Hts. no longer selling new cars although very satisfied with the Brunswick Ford Dealer.

I usually don't like doing this type of business by phone, I did it all by phone really liked the free pickup and delivery and they washed the truck car .

I have always had a good experience when I have to bring my car in for service. Everyone is very personable and the facility is clean and comfortable.

I took my Ford Explorer in for service with some anxiety but from the greeting, as I checked my vehicle in, professional and kind, to the updates on progress, I was treated like I mattered. I felt seen and heard. I felt my needs were understood. I believe I can actually trust the staff at this location to serve honestly and with integrity. I am grateful such service still exists! The facility was clean and well staffed.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I get my 2020 F-150 services at Spitzer Ford because I can trust them, their technicians are great and the service . They have never tried to sell me anything that wasn’t justified, the technicians do a great job and send me a video of the service being provided on my truck and Linsey the service coordinator does an excellent job communicating. Highly recommend them all!

Great experience. Customer service was great, time for oil change was reasonable. We did not use the pick up and drop off, it great if you need. What a good idea. Always friendly. We highly recommend Park Ford.
