New and used 2025 Ford Bronco for sale near Chaparral, NM

Went in looking at the pre-owned vehicles, not expecting to get into a new vehicle in our price range. Salesman Damian Isais listened and showed us new and used options which might work for us. In the end, Damian was able to get us into a new Bronco Sport for little more than the pre-owned options we were considering. Everyone was helpful through the whole process, answering our questions...even during the 'dreaded' finance portion. Even the finance people worked with us, ensuring we got all the rebates and incentives we could. They even stayed late, after the posted closing time, to get our deal done. A great experience from the moment we stepped on the lot. I could not recommend Damian and the staff at Group 1 Ford any higher.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Ignition switch and motor mount repair on a 2009 Ford Focus cost about $1,050. Car is now in great shape, starts right up and the heavy shaking my car used to do is fixed. Employees were very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and offered great services such as free Lyft rides to and from the dealership.

I went in and was immediately greeted at the door, I asked about a certain vehicle and knew exactly what I was talking about and where it was at the lot. He told me it was getting fluids changed and he helped me looked at a few other vehicles I was looking at. He was super helpful, very informative. I like everything about the dealership, from the vehicle selection to the sales representatives. However, I have a couple of issues: I referred my son to the dealership, he bought a car, and I was told I would receive a $100 referral. It’s been a few months, and I still haven’t received it. Additionally, the coupon book for my son’s vehicle purchase hasn’t arrived yet; he keeps being told it was mailed out. Other than that, I love the dealership!
