From initial appointment with same or next day service Willowbrook Ford provided excellent quality dependable service for my entire visit! Turnaround time was great. The other customers seemed to be in and out quickly too. All the other customers seemed happy and content as well. The Staff is professional and friendly! Showroom is spotless as was the restroom. They even have an area with cubicles where you can work or have more privacy if needed. As well as a separate adjacent more family oriented waiting room with play area accommodations for guests with children or just a place where you can hang out while you wait. Water and coffee are complementary provided, there are well stocked vending machines and areas to charge electrical devices. Wonderful experience and my car looks and runs great! I have been buying and servicing cars at Webb since 2007 and found the service department to be honest and efficient. My Bronco Sport is averaging over 30 miles per gallon.

Waiting area could use updating and nicer coffee area while waiting. Most dealerships have nicer waiting areas? when you have to sit there for several hours it?s not pleasant
