Simple easy to talk to about different types of vehicles, I didn’t feel any pressure to do anything right away

Jacob was easy to work with, not high pressure and if you've met him in person you'll easily see he's very toned down. I would say that if you do plan on buying a vehicle, get there early or during their non-peak time then you can get in and out in an hour. Not as fast as I've seen others work, but faster than several. The manager was nice, didn't follow me outside to pressure me to buy a vehicle on my initial visit. Even though the car was 'as-is' they did make sure that it went out the door correct and didn't just say you're on your own if you experience anything during the test-drive. They did want to make it right.

Awesome facility and excellent service. I was able to trade in my 2011 Nissan quest for a good trade in price. Mike was able to also got me a good deal on this Pacifica. Thank you all for your great service.

I had but still it felt like I was a walk in - the coupons offered for the works is not straightforward- synthetic vs synthetic blend is not clearly defined and the À la cart of a oil change is cra-cra
