Iwas from out of state buyer. Flew in to Chicago Airport our salesman Damian Burkat pick up me and my family so we wouldn't have to take a cab. Very impressed. Did our car deal on line Very easy process all we had to do is take a test drive before it was final. In and out of the dealership with in hour. They detail the vehicle and had a full tank of gas. I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.

I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.

Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

The sales, finance and service department are the best. Every once awhile I receive a text message asking me how the car is doing and if I need anything. The service department is always great.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!
