With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

They were non-confrontational, listened to the complaint and were reasonable in arriving at a mutual resolution while taking into account that I traveled more than 1 hour away. For that I am thankful and grateful to the Ken Pollock Ford team where I am willing to go on the record with a formal recommendation. Based on this experience, I would certainly travel again to do business with them again!
