We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! Stacey is great 👍 appointment was at 7:30 did not finish until 10/30 - opt to stay vs waiting cause “it won’t take that long” lost almost a 1/2 day of work waiting appointment??? I had but still it felt like I was a walk in - the coupons offered for the works is not straightforward- synthetic vs synthetic blend is not clearly defined and the À la cart of a oil change is cra-cra
