I needed to have a repair on a stabilizer link and did not know if it was covered under the warrantee. There were some recalls that needed addressed. The service provider and I played telephone tag but ultimately got everything scheduled. They picked up my vehicle and delivered it back to me when it was finished. Other than they not knowing which phone number to reach me at it was a good experience.

Arriving at the dealership three days later, I met with several of the associates, the mechanic and the owner. YES..the owner! Everyone treated me like a long time friend. My wife and I were driving our oldest to college for her freshman year from Maryland to Berrien Springs when we realized our 2012 Honda Odyssey's brakes were shot. We were only planning to be in Michigan for about 36 hours and knew we wouldn't make it home without doing something about the brakes.
