My first time in the service department and it was a great experience. I needed a new tire, thankfully I purchased the tire warranty agreement. My sales rep, Shannon Mayes, saw me there and took great care of me, communicating with me and my service reps Joe and Dre. Initially, I went to AutoNation Honda close to my home and was incorrectly advised to take my vehicle back to where I purchased it. Shannon immediately made contact with management at the Honda location to make sure they were aware that I was given incorrect information. Joe and Dre made sure my vehicle was repaired and returned on the promised date and time.

I had a great experience buying my vehicle. No high pressure sales once I told them what I wanted.

I have now purchased my last three cars at this dealership. They have always been very friendly and very thorough in the whole process. They spent as much time with me as was necessary to help explain how to use the new technology. I look forward to getting my fourth car.

Called service department at approximately 9am, was scheduled for service at 12:30pm same day. Arrived at dealership at 12:30, truck was service and I was gone within 45 minutes.

I had the best service advisor I have ever encountered in decades of owning cars and having them serviced. His name is Joe Brown and his demeanor, attitude, and knowledge of his job were all above and beyond his job requirements. His performance is a reason to keep buying cars at this dealership. Typically service is where some dealerships fall short of having repeat customers. Mr. Brown should be the standard that all service advisors are held to. I will. Continue to get my vehicle serviced there and probably will take vehicles that were not purchased there to Mr. Brown?s dealership. What a pleasant experience. I arrived on a Tuesday to test drive a Ford Edge that I was interested in. After checking out other locations are returned on Wednesday to finalize the deal. I've known car purchases to take up your entire day but even with a trade-in, Omar had me out in two and a half hours.
