Nice being able to drive into service bay. Greeted as exited vehicle. All I had to do was hand over the keys. Had a good discussion with parts department about Ford hard top and they even printed me out info. They also tried to help me with new tire decision. Takes about an hour.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. My experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls was incredible from beginning to end. I found a used car listing on cars.com and sent a request about the vehicle. The salesperson, Lauren Reitz was helpful right from the start and answered all my questions. The sales manager, Patrick Zanko was super helpful and never pressured me into a decision. When I didn’t like the first car I looked at both he and Lauren listened as I talked about what features I really wanted that the other one didn’t have. He called me a few days later to let me know of a vehicle that had just arrived that he believed had all the features I was looking for. That turned out the be the one I purchased! I was nervous about financing with my credit score but John White in financing worked his magic not only to find me financing but a payment way lower that estimated. I am so glad that I decided to go to Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls and grateful for such an incredible experience!

Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

The salesman was knowledgeable and efficient The facility was spotless and the restrooms were very clean. I ended up buying a Maverick XLT off-road addition.
