I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. 9/27/2024 was rear while stopped for traffic on US23 at about 70 mph the the rear bed was hit pushing it into back of cab, The drivers seat back broke putting me in the rear seat area, the drivers seat belt broke. Received damage to right leg - it was on the brake pedal. The truck was totaled out, have purchase a new one.
