With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

We dealt with Eric as our salesman. He was super easy to deal with and very fair. Very nice guy. We had a trade in and I feel like the value we got was very fair and what we expected. Would?ve given 5 stars except I tried to haggle a little with some extra costs and the sales manager was not having it. She told me to ?pick another car? that didn?t have the extras I was trying to finagle the price on. Told me they were losing money on the deal and couldn?t work with me on price. I ended buying anyway because we liked the car and the dealership overall was one of the more pleasant dealerships I?ve been to.

Eric the sales person that assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He explained the features of the car and even provided a follow-up call the day after my purchase and made himself available if I have any future questions. Ed Rapien has been our salesman for 15 years for Ford-Mercury products. He is very professional, sells the cars for a fair price, helps with backing up any problems we have had, & I actually feel he is an honest car salesman.My only complaints are that Ford is no longer making sedans or the Mercury brand. These are not Ed's fault, however. Thank heaven they kept him when dealership was sold from Price-Gnade to Trenary.
