I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. Waiting area could use updating and nicer coffee area while waiting. Most dealerships have nicer waiting areas? when you have to sit there for several hours it?s not pleasant
