From the Gentleman who checked my vehicle in, Service Department Manager and all of the Staff, to the Gentleman who gave me a ride home and picked me up when my work was completed. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.
