With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I took my Ford Explorer in for service with some anxiety but from the greeting, as I checked my vehicle in, professional and kind, to the updates on progress, I was treated like I mattered. I felt seen and heard. I felt my needs were understood. I believe I can actually trust the staff at this location to serve honestly and with integrity. I am grateful such service still exists! Wanted a plug in hybrid.. We got an Escape PHEV. After a year it has been problem free. Great dealer support. Great gas mileage, great price, tax rebate and financing. We saved about $14,000 vs other PHEV cars. The tax rebate allowed us to take a vacation. Also got 0% loan which allowed us to add dealer services to the car til we had 85,000 miles on the car. This is our 4th Ford. Left Toyota and Subaru because of unsatisfactory dealer practices. 4 of our neighbors on this street have Fords from this dealer as well.
