My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Ambrose and Mohammed were great in helping me order my new vehicle and also with the follow up and transfer of vehicles. Got a fair deal and the whole process was pretty straightforward, simple, and painless - would definitely recommend!!

Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. They were very professional, helpful and courteous though the whole process. The finance dept was smooth and explained all the paperwork for a fast transaction. I took our Ford EcoSport in for its routine 5,000 mile oil change that included the checking of the fluids, hoses, and wires. The tires were rotated when it was suggested it was due for that. My appointment was for 8:30AM, and my car was taken into the garage right away. Within a half ho9ur the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

Justin, one of the service writers, is the best to deal with in the area!! He is always trying to help me with any problems I may have and always goes above and beyond for his customers ! He is the reason I always go back for any service my Ford Raptor may need , Thanks, AK

2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Service has been great. Only issue has been making sure the billing is done properly for the fleet management company that handles payments.

I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did).
