The sales person Mr. William Kendal was at all times helpful. Didn't like the unprofessional conduct of the financial department providing me a temporary registration with the wrong VIN#, and holdig on to the vehicle documents until the certified bank check drawn on a CT.state financial institution check cleared without informing me. All they had to do was simply tell me what the there s SOP was. Also didn't appreciate there behavior providing misinformation after they forgot to request the certificate for my veterans discount. After returning to the store to help them solve the problem, they falsely claimed they wanted to make sure If there were other rebates coming to me.

This was the most pleasant truck buying experiences I have ever had. Torrington Ford treated me like an individual instead of treating me like a number . Russ introduced himself and paid attention from beginning to end. I can say nothing but great things for him and the rest of people i met at Torrington Ford. Their future with him as one of their salesman should be promising. The paperwork went smoothly and he was able to answer any questions I had. Russ's knowledge was well on display. Salesman Bob Nichols was top notch in his integrity and professionalism as he helped us purchase a used 2024 RAV4 hybrid. He was accommodating every step of the way from allowing us to put a deposit down and take almost a week to return to purchase and pickup the vehicle, to answering every question we had with patience and kindness!
