I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. We found the truck we were looking for on Ford's website. Called Louisburg Ford to verify they had still it, and drove 2 hours to go get it that afternoon. Jimmy was amazing to work with. No pressure, no games, no gimmicks, no funny business. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and we drove a beautiful new F250 home.

Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little, so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.
