Very simple and easy experience - Walk in with the intentions of buying a car but didn't want a lot of hassles and negotiating. The sales rep made it very easy and simple. They gave me a fair market price on my trade in also to help close the deal.

Clean dealership and friendly employees. I also use them for service on my Lightning and even when there has been a minor hiccup, they always make it right.

5 star service. The review process is redundant though, as first I got a request of review from Ford, then from Freeway Ford. I would prefer just writing one review and having it shared. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service however.

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac SRX and everything went super smooth. No pressure to buy warranty or anything else. Recently I received a check in the mail for accidental overcharges, I was none the wiser on that. Beware of the trolls that trash this dealership they are super honest.

I went into Ford yesterday because I wanted a new truck. Jon W. was a dream to work with. It's been hard in the past being a woman and trying to go look at cars alone. But Jon was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process on how too trade in my car and went over am the numbers with me thoroughly. We purchased a 2025 C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible from out of state from Jeff Belzer's New Prague Chevy in Minnesota. They had the color (Hysteria Purple Metallic) and options we wanted (Z51 performance package). While a local dealer here in Las Vegas could order me that car, Jeff Belzer Chevy had if for a great price. We worked with Jayden Neary in finance who got us great APR on financing. It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had. He is very responsive and made me feel like my business is appreciated. When you call in, the people answering the phones are very nice. Shout out to Emily & Zach for providing great customer service. The corvette arrived in enclosed transport safe and sound. I love my new car.
