2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Everything was great about my visit from start to finish. The tech that worked on my car personally came out to discuss my inspection and shared with me the need for new tires in the future.

I was contacted by salesman Jadon shortly after signing up for a test drive promotion by Ford. During the test drive at Dave Smith, Jadon was very informative with all ford was offering at the time (rebates, lease buyouts, etc.) and all of the features of both the 2017 and 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboosts. As I wasn't ready to buy for a couple of months, Jadon kept in contact and was very responsive to every question and concern I had. When I decided on a model located at an out of town dealership, Jadon was quick to assure me that they could retrieve it. A week later, after the quickest buying process I have experienced along with the lowest finance rate I could find, I am loving my 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in lightning blue. Very impressed with overall experience. No nagging salesman trying to upsell you, but rather very responsive to every need.

The service advisor Michael went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family. The work we had done was covered by a 3rd party warranty company and that said company tried to do everything possible to not cover the work. Michael stayed diligent and got them to cover everything. Also a loaner was not provided by the writing in the contract but Michael arranged one of West Herrs for us to use for my family. And on top of that, on the day we picked up our vehicle, my wife picked it up with my 2 toddlers. Michael literally drove the loaner to her and removed and installed the car seats and helped her get her bags out of it!!! What exceptional service across the board. The only other dealership that I’ve had that kind of service was Emerling in Springville NY.

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.
