To me, the measure of a place I want to do business with is not that a single smooth sales or service experience, but how do they respond and handle it when there is an issue or complaint. In my case, there was an issue and the Ken Pollock Team immediately stepped up to address it. They were non-confrontational, listened to the complaint and were reasonable in arriving at a mutual resolution while taking into account that I traveled more than 1 hour away. For that I am thankful and grateful to the Ken Pollock Ford team where I am willing to go on the record with a formal recommendation. Based on this experience, I would certainly travel again to do business with them again!
