We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.
