I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. I have been a customer or AutoNation Ford Frisco for 25 years. I purchased two Mustangs, 2000 and 2024, returning to purchase the 2024 based on the service department customer service. I have always been taken care of with great service representatives who are friendly and knowledgeable. The service department has never recommended a service that was not needed and, as a female, I appreciated this.

Oil change and rotation done on Ford F150. Completed the work in a short time frame.all work was done satisfactory . All fluids checked and battery.

Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!

Wanting for an oil change and ended up getting so much more just because it was time for most of the services performed. They were not pushy at all. My only complain is I took it In with the truck averaging 19.3 miles to a gallon and got it back with it averaging 19.0 miles per gallon. I don’t like that and truly they should offer a free detail as most dealerships do. Anyways, I will definitly bring my truck back. I need to get a. Pole other things done and I know price for service is better than most other places.

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers.
