IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. We found the vehicle we wanted, they made the changes needed to satisfy our needs, and Joseph delivered the vehicle to us at home. My car was in an accident with a large steel dolly that did maximum damage to the undercarriage. The insurance totaled the car. The employees at FLofF were most helpful, very efficient and quick to give an estimate.

It was a miracle. After searching for a month I nearly decided to wait until October when prices generally drop.
