Recently brought my vehicle into Lithia Ford's Body Shop following what at first appeared to be a fairly minor fender-bender. One week later I was picking up my 'good as new' (it really looked new!) car and it has since driven like the dream that it is! This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. The only buying experience I recommend, is from Dahl. Not only are the sales personnel not pushy (ask for Travis, you'll have a great experience.), the finance department will go to great lengths to get you an awesome rate. I went in wanting to compare four trucks. He lined them up, had their printouts and even took me to weigh two of them to make sure I was getting into a truck that I could work. While processing the paperwork, he dropped us off at a deli so we wouldn’t be wasting time. Once we were done eating, financial was ready for signature. I will be back for my next truck!
