Had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned F-150 from Chapman Ford Columbia. I came here because I found the truck online and it met all the criteria I was looking for. My sales rep Anthony Wright was very low pressure and made sure we were informed throughout the process. His knowledge on the truck was impressive. Great experience. I went to look at a used truck and the people were friendly and not pushy or the usual hard sell type. I ended up buying the truck and the experience was very positive and relaxed. K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

I walked in one day and asked for an appointment to get my car inspected. He said he could do it Thursday. I said I would drop it off Wednesday morning because I would be in the area and they could inspect it when they had time. Well instead of my appointment time on Thursday they took it in and did it Wednesday. They try to make you feel like your business matters to them and they truly care.
