I was searching for an Ecosport on Cars.com and found an awesome deal at Watsonville Ford. I live 400 miles away, so I was wary of bait and switch which some dealers practice. But, we negotiated a deal and arranged financing online, I flew into san Jose (about 50 minutes away), they had a nice young man pick me up, I test drove the vehicle I was buying to the dealership. The paperwork was waiting for me, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. No games were played, the process could not have been easier. I would feel very comfortable buying from them again.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

I bought this Bronco Sport brand new in June 22 to use for rideshare and have been more than pleased with everything about it. I have over 78k miles on it and it runs as if it had 78 miles on it. Great gas mileage, great ride, and great car.

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

Love it love it ! I couldn’t find the one I wanted so ordered the Badlands loaded great price but took 10 months to come in ugh but well worth it . 14 months and 10,000 miles later so happy with gas mileage 27 mpg around town .Drives awesome . Love the design and the interior is beautiful. Awesome speakers and sound . I will have it for a long time. .

The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖

I liked the look of the Bronco Sport from the first time I saw it, and I like the mix of fun and practicality. I chose the Badlands trim specifically for the more powerful 2.0 liter Ecoboost engine. My wife and I own a 2017 Ford Escape with the same engine and it is powerful and fun to drive. I traded a 2017 Subaru Forester XT with a turbocharged engine and I liked that car as well and looked at an Outback Wilderness XT which was a very nice and practical car, with a comparable turbocharged engine, but after test driving both vehicles, my wife and I both liked the Bronco Sport Badlands more.

Quick, Friendly, and appropriate explanation for the purchasing. Only one minor issue was taking longer time to receive copy of agreements after purchasing.

I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷

He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). I have been to most of the Ford dealerships in the bay area. Hands down this is the best that I have been to. I came in because I could not pair my phone. A manager I have not seen before came out and took a look. He figured out it was my phone causing the concern. He updated my phone and rebooted my SYNC and problem solved. Outstanding customer service.
